At Onedesk, we are working hard protect our local offices from further transmission, and we are happy to help new clients clean and sanitize their offices for Coronavirus. The CDC recently put out a guide for businesses and employers on how to plan and respond to Coronavirus disease.
We are making sure that our cleaners only use disinfectants that have been deemed effective by the EPA’s Emerging Pathogen Standard.
While no cleaning products can claim to kill the particular strain of COVID-19 involved in the current pandemic due to it being a new virus, our cleaner's products meet the EPA’s standard as likely effective against this virus, based on previous strains.

How do we sanitizes workplaces during the coronavirus outbreak?
Onedesk follows all OSHA regulations and adheres to the CDC recommendations for businesses and employers.
The virus is still new to us so we are closely checking CDC guidelines to make sure we are using the latest procedures when it come to sanitizing workplaces.
- We are routinely cleaning and disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces (hotspots) in the workplace, such as workstations, keyboards, telephones, handrails, and doorknobs.
- If surfaces are dirty, we are using a detergent or soap and water prior to disinfection.
- For disinfection, we are making sure our cleaners are using products that are EPA-approved for use against the virus that causes COVID-19. The list of products is available here.
- In addition to using the listed products, we are following manufacturer’s instructions for all cleaning and disinfection products (e.g., concentration, application method and contact time, etc.).
We are currently offering deep cleaning services for offices in the cities we service.
