What is included in the cleaning?

Which Onedesk cleaner will come out to my house?
Onedesk has a vast network of experienced, top-notch cleaners. We assign the best pros available for each job. If you sign up for ongoing services, you can request that the same team come out each visit.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Not with us. While other services make you sign up for a long-term contract with an expensive cancelation fee, we do not. You can start and cancel your services with us whenever you would like, with no fee.
Do I tip the cleaners?
Our policy on tipping is that it is always appreciated, but of course never required. The entirety of the tip gets passed through to your cleaner — Onedesk doesn’t take any percentage of the tip.
What happens if I need to reschedule my cleaning?
We try our best to work with our customers. We completely understand that things can come up sometimes that are out of your control. We recommend you call us as soon as you know you need to cancel a cleaning. We charge a $65 fee for all cancelations within 24 hours of scheduled cleaning time. For all lockouts we charge a $100 fee. This is to help cover our staff's mileage, wages and travel costs as well as the wasted appointment.
Can I give specific instructions to the cleaners and ask for special requests?
Yes, special instructions can be left for the cleaners when you schedule your appointment online. Simply notify our team of your request and we will get it done for you.
What should I do if I have pets?
Good news, we love pets! We have no strict pet policy. As long as your pets are ok with us, we are perfectly happy with them roaming around while we clean. If you need us to let them outside for any reason during the cleaning, we are happy to do so.
Do you offer any cleaning guarantees?
Onedesk offers a 24 hour guarantee on all cleanings. If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleaning for any reason, simply contact our office within 24 hours of your cleaning to arrange a time for us to come back (within 2 day of your cleaning) to your home and re-clean areas that were not cleaned to your expectations.
How do I know I can trust Onedesk?
We are a professional cleaning company and our team consists of bonded and insured cleaners who pride themselves in top quality cleanings.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
We understand that everyone has busy lives, so we do not expect anyone to be present during the cleaning. All we need is a way to get in your home. We are comfortable cleaning it and locking it up for you when we finish. It is common for our customers to provide us with their garage code or spare key to enter the home.
